Our fiftieth June Meeting has come and gone. We did not have as many as we had hoped for but still had a great meeting and once more God blessed us abundantly. We were blessed with some excellent sermons on the subject of (TO GOD BE THE GLORY) AND IT WAS TO HIS GLORY THAT WE DEDICATE EVERY THING TO HIM. We had seven baptisms this year for which we are thankful. Brother Timothy did a fantastic job in presenting the gospel. Our fellowship was great and our young folks were the very best. So all in all we had a great meeting, we had 160 that registered for the meeting.
Sunday after the meeting closed we were blessed with another baptism at our local group for which we thank God.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY

Time is quickly going by till we celebrate the 50th event of our June Meeting. All who have ever attended the June meeting in the past are encouraged to come this year to renew old acquaintances and share in the spiritual feast.
Our theme is “GIVE GOD THE GLORY” It is to his Glory and with His blessings that this meeting has continued with success. Our speakers are from Oregon, California and Texas; Timothy Fleming from Texas will be our evangelist speaker in the evening services
Some donations have dribbled in giving us a good start in reaching our goal. We have some congregations that make major contributions and request that you approach your elders to see if this is something your congregation can do. Many individuals contribute and can use the contribution as a tax deduction. We have had some young men, who contributed 10% of their summer job earnings, we’re real proud of them. There are those who make craft items that are entered in our Silent Auction, a source of income that greatly help in meeting the total expenses. We request that if you have been blessed that you can send some contribution our way to help in the feeding and housing of over 150 people.

JUNE MEETING ALERT!!! GOLDEN 50th YEAR CELEBRATION
June 21 THROUGH 26TH, 2015
We are hoping that anyone who has ever been to the Grants Pass JUNE MEETING will consider coming this year to renew friendships made over the years, and share the gospel with each other.
The first Sunday being “Fathers Day” has been an opportunity for several family reunions in past years, see if that opportunity fits your family for this year. We also have several wedding anniversaries of couples who met at the June Meeting or were married during the meeting. Make this a special day this year. Come be with us.

The June Meeting June 21-26-2015 will be our fiftieth year. We are going to make a huge effort to make it very special. After all a Golden Anniversary doesn't come around very often. We are asking any one who has been to one or more of the meetings to try and join us on this very special occasion. We are also asking you to send any pictures or mementos you think would be of interest. We are going to have special T shirts made as a souvenir of our Golden Anniversary and we are asking you to design a logo to put on it. Please not make it too elaborate as it takes money to get a screen print made. We will have our first planning session on the 17th of January 2015 and we will make a decision at that time which one to use.
